Suggestion: Show icon for "recently sold" houses

I already have a house, but I browse the residential wards because I'm curious about housing turnover. For example, I generally see 2-3 small houses per week, though I believe they sell within hours. Last week was exceptional with 7 small houses, and there was a large about three weeks ago.

When I bump into someone that is house hunting, they seem doubtful because they never see houses available. I suspose this is related to time of day.

Regardless, when reviewing the wards, I believe it would be useful to have a "Sold" icon for properties that (say) were sold within the past two days. This way, people can get a sense of how many properties have sold recently, and know that they'd missed an opportunity to buy (as opposed to mistakenly thinking that houses are never available).

Overall I like this suggestion. It's mostly harmless and intends only to help general player morale. I'd be for it.

That said, I can see new homeowners not wanting such a mark for fear that it would make them targets for buyout propositions (since they're not established with decor or a love of their new spot yet). Still... others might wear it as a badge of pride for that long-sought plot, and who knows, richer individuals might occasionally come around to new homes with housewarming gifts.

Basically, allow an option to turn it off if desired and there's really no downside.

Have it off by default. I know players who unfortunately got harassed because they bought a plot, and the harassers noticed it without OP's suggested ui change.
