Please help I can't get Promote pass Corporal

When I try and do a promotion it says i have not completed rank 1 yet. I have a level 80 dragoon that has completed the Main Quest Story line, have completed hunting log rank 5, and i have 25,000 seals. I don't understand what I doing wrong, can someone please help me.

If you're trying to get to Sergeant Third Class, you'll need to have completed Company Hunting Log Rank 1
