I have a level 55 warrior but am unable to access the better Axe Around quest. I have made my way to camp Bronze lake but the quest giver Broken Mountain does not appear to be there any clues?

I have a level 55 warrior but am unable to access the better Axe Around quest. I have made my way to camp Bronze lake but the quest giver Broken Mountain does not appear to be there any clues?
Lv50+ job quests don't become available until you get through all the post-ARR quests and into Heavensward.
You'll get the alerts saying a new quest is available when you reach the level that unlocks it, even if it actually isn't unlocked yet.
