Trading in Loot for seals?

While running through Toto-Rak, one of my LS mates mentioned something about trading boss loot in for seals. I can not for the life of me find any information about that. Can anyone point me in the right direction?

It's in the company headquarters, the guy behind the counter that handles provisioning and supply quests.

Hi Truce,

In the Twin Adder Grand Company hall, there should be an individual that let's you turn in several types of missions: Provisionary and others. I think the last one, Expedition will let you choose where your loot came from: Toto-rak, Denzel Hold, and everywhere else in the world.

Thanks guys- found him. Unfortunately, I need to get myself promoted before I can start trading in gear. Need 50 more seals to get that promotion. :T
