[EU] Regarding Partial Item Loss on Certain Characters (Mar. 29)

We have identified an issue wherein certain characters are experiencing partial item loss after the World merge which was performed on March 27, 2012. The matter is currently being investigated.

In addition, we have back-up data from before the World merge was performed and are moving fast to pinpoint which items were lost on specific characters. Once the investigation into this issue is complete, we plan on implementing some form of recovery for the lost items. We will make a follow-up announcement as soon as additional information becomes available.

We deeply apologise for the inconvenience this is causing and thank you for your understanding.

* The items that were lost as a result of this issue have been restored during the patch 1.21a hotfixes that were applied on Apr. 5, 2012.
