I would say it's alright, souls-like design, but difficulty is toned down for the main campaign I found when compared to soul games so bit more accessible to newer players.

Has a stance system for weapons;
Hi - strong slower attacks
Mid - average attacks
Low - quick weaker attacks

The game tries to get you to use different stances depending on enemies but you can be stubborn and get through with using a single stance the entire time (don't it would just get boring).

It is mission based so no one big world to explore, main mission areas are decent sized though.

But idk why but I haven't gone back to it after beating it despite finding it alright unlike DS games.
