Please rework monk/make it engaging. I implore you!

Dear Yoshi P/Square Enix developers,

Monk is so boring to play. Two of our end expansion abilities(Tornado kick and Six sided star) are almost useless. the 5 second gcd timer for Six sided star feels hideous to use. Anatman feels awful to use on the gcd and the whole job is just gcds. The best ogcd you have depends on the party comp and if you have 3 casters, it's basically rest in peace.
Suggestion 1: If you make SSS a gcd on cooldown (Like Drill/Air Anchor for MCH), that would help so much.
Suggestion 2: Tornado Kick as an ogcd only useable in Riddle of Fire.

I'm fine if you nerf something else. But please just make the job engaging.

I know you all work so hard and I appreciate all the efforts you take.

I think monk is in an okay position for right now, minus the RNG dependent dps and lack of OGCDs. But please for the love of god let Riddle of Earth proc off of 0 damage like samurais Third Eye does. I shouldnt have to click off of a sch's shield because its more than the damage im taking so i lose the free true north

Damn. I don't think I've ever run into this situation where my Earth's Reply doesn't go off, but this is good to know.

It's been a complaint about the skill since it's inception. But of course it doesn't get changed 'cuz Monk.

It's less of a problem now than it was in Stormblood when it was our only means of refreshing Greased Lightning. If you ran with a scholar and they deployed a Critlo at any time you relied on it for the refresh (the Transition between Nael and Twintania comes to mind).

I currently have a macro on my bar specifically to remove shields from myself so I can proc it during BJ/CC in Tea.
