I'd like to leave a positive feedback and thank Gm Fronzorurt for swiftly responding to my report, but also fostering a positive trustworthy environment, where reports are taken seriously.

It is quite a great comfort knowing Gm Fronzorurt, is reliable and understanding and very polite. While i understand support can be very busy, I honestly was not expecting that quick of a response, so once more thank you very much!
