Bug Report Forum Issue

Recently, I posted a bug to the corresponding forum.

No one gave a decent reply about why the bug could have happened or even read carefully the thread and it seems that the post was marked as "Working as intented", when it's clearly not.

I wish I could explain more about the bug, but I can't reply to my own thread OR create another in the Bug Report forum.

Am I banned just for that forum for posting something that could be a bug and we don't even know the real answer yet? Or what could be happening?

I just want to clarify that it was the first bug I've ever posted in my life and I did it following the template. No swearing. No disrespect in any post ever.

You didn't fix your error in the template form. They read that you were having issues as a Lv56 blacksmith. As the first reply explained, your issue is indeed the game "working as intended" if the situation is as you described.

They never seem to reply to anything though - they just sort the reports as accepted or not. You can post a new report but can't add to the old one.

I'd suggest making sure you have the recommended craftsmanship stat and run another test before resubmitting it, and possibly stating that in your second report if it's still not working.

Not having the recommended craft stat doesn't mean you'll just auto fail every time. You'll actually still succeed a lot. But if you don't meet it, it's not 100% success
