Rotating hot bar during combat - Ugh!

Am I missing some feature that allows you to keep primary hotbar from switching during combat?

It is nice outside combat to have ability to cycle hotbar, but so *embarrassing in raid when you lose your mind and sacrifice dps to do random emotes..

Keybind > System > Change "Cycle through Hotbars", which is defaulted to Shift+Up / Shift+Down

Edit - Also, Shift+ a number will change it to the corresponding hotbar. Change those as well.

Simply brilliant. Thank you so much. Never noticed that shift +and - were bound on system tab. In the fury of combat I would still be holding down shift sometimes while trying to hit - for rez then wondering what happened. Now unbound as suggested. Thank you!!
