Wont download?

Final fantasy 14 wont download properly. I keep getting "unable to complete version update [error 30437]" i've tried uninstalling it fully and then re downloading the launcher and installer. and a few other things like go into files and make the bootcheck a 1. But nothing seems to be working.

Do you have a firewall or anti-virus that is active that could possibly be blocking the download?

Only windows firewall. I can try temp. turning it off during the download.
