Innovation buff tooltip is wrong/missing information

Steps:
1. Start a craft.
2. Use Innovation.
3. Put mouse over the resulting buff.
4. "Efficiency of Touch actions is increased."
It should say that it increases efficiency of Touch and Synthesis actions, as is correctly stated in the tooltip of the action itself.
