Steps:
1. Gain bloodsword faction with a beast tribe
2. Imediately attempt to purchase the mount from the beast tribe vendor
3. you are told you already have one of the items and cannot have another.
4. This will persist for the entire day (earth day).
5. wait 1-3 earth days and you can then buy the mount
