What are you confused about? It basically states if you weren't active on the 26th and 27th you didn't get transfered to default or world of choice as it was given priority to those who were.

So if your LS members weren't active, they didn't get transferred, it's as simple as that.

I have a question about this as I reactivated my wife's account since she hasn't been able to play due to computer issues, how long once re-subbed before she can log back in, it says a few days in the post, but having payed and then being unable to play for 2-3 days seems a bit off to me.

When I re-subbed I was able to log back in the game 5min later. Lodestone was the only thing that didn't let me login for almost 3 weeks after re-subbing even though I played each day <.<
