[Suggestion]Mid-Duty Vote to Role Swap

It would be awesome if, during a duty, if a member leaves the duty before it is finished, there was an option to initiate a party-wide vote to allow you to change roles/classes to fill in the hole.

If the healer or tank drops the group, one of the DPS could go to the Duty Menu, click 'request role switch', and select from their available options and have it make the offer to the party the same way a vote dismiss would be done. "Allow (name) to switch from (current class & role) to (target class & role)?" If the vote passes, they get swapped to the class.

A cooldown could be built into it per-person to disable spamming.

Another idea similar would be to offer trade roles with someone. 'Request role swap', then if accepted put to group vote to allow the change.
