Time Remaining In Instance Pop-up Message

So the little pop-up in the middle of your screen when you have 30 minutes, 10 minutes, and maybe 5 minutes (I actually don't remember if there's a 5 minute warning or not)? It would be really swell if they would consider making that not pop up while in combat, and instead it shows up with a rounded down minute time when you are next out of combat (so like if it has 28:43 left, it would say 28 minutes). There are a lot of times when that pop-up is INSANELY distracting, especially because in actual fights, particularly Ultimate, pop-up messages are an indication that people have died (ie 2 stacks of luminous aetheroplasm from jagd dolls, mixing nisi debuffs, etc). Can that please get changed, or at least give us an option to make it not show until we're out of combat?

And if the complication is something like "oh well then they'd have to go back and make new images for every single minute between 0 minutes and 30 minutes", why not change the messages to "Time remaining in duty is low" "Time remaining in duty is almost out". Or even an option to just flat out disable it - it's kind of a useless feature anyway.
