Chalicotherium Skin??

Planning to make myself some Facet gathering gear, but I need 16 Chalicotherium Skins.
I've had these appear in my inventory before, I assumed they dropped from some hunt targets, and sold them. Now, when I look for where to farm it, all the sites say I have to buy it in Eulmore with Goetia tomestones, (I've never bought any.)

Is there some undocumented beast that drops these?

Not that I am aware of. Don't know if treasure maps drop these. But goetia seems the only reliable way.

And I'm guessing they don't drop anywhere else? Maybe desynth

Thanks I guess Desynth is how I got the ones I had.. (I don't remember if they were leathers or skins.)
I guess I'll have to run more dungeons for Goetias and stuff to desynth.
