Suggestion: Allow /roll to function as a custom /random

Right now, FFXIV has a /random that's a simple d1000, or thousand-sided dice, basically. This works just fine, it isn't broken or anything like that. But I think there are people that would appreciate a more robust version for events, roleplaying, or just messing around with buddies!

I'd appreciate being able to use /roll for this command, with examples of use like...

/roll 10 resulting in a number from 1-10

/roll 2d10 resulting in two numbers from 1-10, and also displaying the sum of those numbers

/roll 15-70 resulting in a random number between 15 and 70

That sort of stuff! I'd appreciate it, and I know a lot of other roleplaying players would enjoy it too, and I don't think a system like that would take very much time away from other systems. Other similar games (Such as Star Wars: The Old Republic) have such a feature, despite being much less polished than FFXIV, and I'd love to see it here.
