90006 Disconnects. Help.
Hi, recently I've been getting frequent disconnects with the code 90006. I'll initially be able to play normally but after a while (about an hour or so), I'll start lagging after which I get disconnected. After that, if I try to re-enter, I'll only be able to play for about a few minutes, before I disconnect again. If I try to interact with anything, I also get immediately disconnected. By the way, I am using an ethernet cable.
I've tried port forwarding, running the game as administrator, doing that fix with IE from a post I saw. I tried nearly everything I can find online about this issue. What went wrong and how do I fix this problem.
If anyone who got this issue previously reads this, how did you resolve this issue.
Any form of advice is highly appreciated. Thank you.

Good afternoon and thank you for posting on the Final Fantasy XIV Technical Support Forums.
There are a few more things you can try in order to alleviate the issue:
1) Make sure your anti-virus has the proper exceptions for Final Fantasy XIV. This includes the install folder and the locally-saved data folder (located My Documents > My Games > Final Fantasy XIV).
2) Try a clean boot. Simply open the task manager and select the 'Start up' tab. Disable everything here and restart the PC. This will make sure that no background processes are interfering with the game.
We hope we can be of assistance in helping you enjoy the exciting world of Final Fantasy XIV!
