On world classifications page incorrect information

When going through the lodestone page for world classifications it says "Preferred World: Relatively sparsely populated World with room to spare. Players who transfer to or create new characters on these Worlds will receive special bonuses." This suggests you should get a bonus for transferring to one of these worlds. However, this does not seem to be the case. This is false and misleading information especially considering it costs $18 to transfer a character.
