"The herb is said to grow around the Matron's Lethe."
Without using google, how the hell would I know where is Matron's Lethe?
P.S Yes I know where it is. But how would I have known?

You look on the map? You know, the way everyone did things before google even in RL?
Most of the time for quests they actually have a map button in the journal. If you press it, it goes to the correct zone and the right general area.
Nope. Not this one.
It is not in the description nor the map. That is usually how crafting quests are. The markers are the NPC you submit the quests to, not the location you gather from.
I do notice most of the time it is mentioned in the journal description. This particular entry and a few others do not have it. Anyone who has this quest active can prove me wrong.
Which quest is it? Botany? If so, you'd use your gathering log and gathering-point-detection skill to track down the location.
Use the big square map - 'M' key on the keyboard. The small mini-map won't until you get close.
Once the map is open you have to zoom in far enough for the location names to appear.

On this map, approx centered left/right , 1/3 way down from the top, there is "The Matron's Lethe". NW of Bentbranch Meadows.
Also you have a gatherer's log book. You can type in the node you are looking for there and it will tell you name of the location and has a map that points you to a more precise location.
