Steps:
1. Try to access my second retainer
2. Wait multiple seconds longer than when accessing the other retainer
3. Get message "Unable to play cutscene" and return to retainer selection

1. Put down the housing item "Expansion of duty permit"
2. Choose retainer that is unavailable
3. After closing housing customization nothing appears, nothing visible or interactable, yet returning to customization it is there and if using the other retainer it works as normal
