Dx11 Crashes

Hello.

I've been experiencing crashes ever since the last patch update Patch 5.15 It was never a problem before so it's a bit concerning.

Could you try updating the drivers as they appear out of date? Additionally, does the crash occur when Final Fantasy XIV is the only program running. Disable any overlays or programs running in the background. This will prevent any other apps/programs from interfering with the game. This is especially true for overlays which will run in conjunction with the game.

Still Crashing

Updating drivers did nothing to alleviate the crashing. I also have no overlays running in conjunction with the game so I don't believe that to be the cause.

Where in game does the crash occur? Does it happen with more than one character?

I crash mostly in towns or instances. Gridania, Gold Saucer, Ul'dah, etc.
As of posting this I just crashed teleporting into Gridania.

I haven't tested to see if it happens on other characters.

If the game crash only occurs on one character, could you try deleting the locally saved content (My Documents > My Games > Final Fantasy XIV)?

Anything specific I should be deleting or just that whole folder?

So I tried doing that and after I did the launcher locked me out of my account for suspicious activity. :(
