It really doesn't though, people just don't bother focusing targets.
to be fair, the targeting system seems like absolute garbage. I cycle enemies, and it doesnt choose the guy right next to me, even if I'm looking right at him.
I have the cone targeting setting enabled, but it all goes to shi:mad: when it comes to PvP. Cycling seems to work fine in PvE.
Oh, and I also have a bind for switching to a target that had been marked with "1". This, too, isn't very effective when the nice alliance people go crazy with marking not just with "1" , but "2", "3", "4", and w/e they want lmao.
