Is there any wrong to come by picking mean dialogue options?

No. There aren't any consequences involved.

Oh I wanna slap Alisaie's cheeks as well.

You can, but by the next cutscene or set of dialogue you're everyone's best friend again. The Warrior of Light is apparently immune to consequences because we're awesome and stuff.

It would be fun if you could behave the same way as a certain someone during the initial DRK questline when interacting with NPCs...

I don't think the game stores responses from one cutscene to the next. Things only vary based on quest completion and what you say right now.
