Hey, Sidric Shieldbreaker here. Just wanted to say thanks to Gm Ranisseile for that fast resolution to my issue.

Glad Square-Enix has you on board; I honestly expected to be waiting several days like I had in previous MMO's I've played, but you were on that in like under 5 minutes.

And I wouldn't change a thing; I didn't have to jump through a bunch of hoops, or get a bunch of screenshots, or anything else I had expected to have to do. Things like this should always be this easy to do.

For real; SE, don't lose this one!
