Can we get a Proper turtle Neck sweater or Scarf?

As the title says!

Can we please see this item in game at some point for players. It's already in some form for NPC's, and It makes me jealous.

Scarves, or A proper turtle neck, mmh sounds great!
I wouldn't care if it's even a mog item, or something you dish out during holidays (hint hint)
It's also very gender neutral, so a win win for everyone! And I don't think it'd be too much of a problem across races...

Probably the closest turtleneck sweater I can see is the Winter one and the Adventurer one has a little scarf thing going down the side.

Yea i know of that one , but it doesn't seem like a proper scarf or turtle neck to me, it just kind of ...is too low. I'm lookin for something more high up, like the skalla tops or the one in the NPC picture. The adventurer's one is ...OK, but could dye better.
Still glad they added it, since it is better than nothing
