"The lobby server connection has encountered an error." - 2002 (EU Data Centers Only)

Hi, so I've been having an issue for the past 2h where I can't login to EU Data Centers. The message is "The lobby server connection has encountered an error. - 2002".
I can connect just fine to NA/JP Data Centers.

Data Center - Light (Lich)
PC / Wired connection

I tried all the usual methods one can find by searching the web to no avail (as an example http://forum.square-enix.com/ffxiv/t...assive-problem), but due to me being available to connect to NA/JP Data Centers makes me think that the issue is not on my end.
