Steps:
1. Used ground targeting ability (tested with Bomb Toss, Sacred Soil, and Shukuchi)
2. Ground target appears behind character, under the camera
3. Switch to first-person, and marker goes to where camera is looking
4. Switch back to third person, and it is back under the camera
