Random disconnection in dungeons

Recently, I have been experiencing disconnection to FF14 server solely in dungeons.
I can still connect to other website so it's only a thing with FF14.
Today, I disconnected again and relaunched the launcher immediately. I found out that I cannot even connect to the launcher, or even lodestone website. However, I can still connect to FB/Youtube,or just any othr sites.
This started to happen in 24/11. I am not sure if it is a region-exclusive issue. I live in HK and I have spoken to a few friends residing in HK and they have all experienced the same issue these few days. But when I talked to friends in Taiwan and Japan, none of them has encountered disconnection.

Are you connected to the router directly to the router or are you using WiFi? Is the Final Fantasy XIV application allowed through the fire wall?
