Was the Great Library of Gubal ever renovated?

Hello!
It was mentioned during Heavensward's MSQ that the Great Library in Sharlayan was supposed to be renovated, after the second time you go through it as WoL. Is there any other mention of what happened to it after that?
Can we guess of its state if not? Still under voidsents infestation?
Do sharlayans ever come back to the Dravanian Hinterlands?

There have been no updates to the state of the Gubal Library since the Stormblood expansion, and it was still pretty crowded with Voidsent then. We might have cleaned it out on our second visit, or there might be some left. There have been no quests or dialogue to confirm one way or another whether anything has changed.

Ditto with the Sharlayans - but I don't recall them ever even planning to come back.
