Can we still get the Reindeer Gloves?

I noticed that these weren't at the Recompense Officer with the other Reindeer items. Can we still get these somehow?

No sorry, you had to do the quest in December 2015 to unlock the achievement which is what the NPCs are looking for to sell it to you again.

There's always the possibility they'll add it to the mogstation (like they have for the complete suit), but we never know what is added until it is actually added.
