How does Lyhe Mheg not have rested experience?

Lyhe Mheg is legit a paradise instance where people can just chill out and relax. How does this place not give rested experience? This place would be so perfect with it.

In my dream last night I had to run from a bunch of lawyers and police after me and my friend broke into her sister's room to steal her manga. Her parents were furious, hence the lawyers and cops. A large festival outside allowed us to gain the cover we needed from our pursuers, but we became separated as a result; all I was left with was a whirl of color and smells of festival food and the subtle bass of a bad Bon Jovi song. Let me tell you I did not feel rested after waking up from that one.

What's restful about spending time in a playground with a bunch of loud, excitable children and the pixies that want to keep you there forever?

Seriously though, it might be a thing with instanced areas? It's always bugged me that places like the Rising Stones have no rested bonus either, even if they're located in the middle of a city with an aetheryte.

lol pretty funny, that's how I feel sometimes, my age probably got something to do with that though and being a crotchety old fart :) "haven't you kids got anything better to do than hang on street corners?" *shakes fist* On topic, yes it does feel a bit odd there's no rested exp there, I agree with Iscah about the Rising Stones too.

How can you rest with a bunch of pixie's wanting to have their way with you
