help with the new Ninja

I decided to try Ninja again after the 5.1 update but I am having problems with my Mudras. I am level 70 with all job quests completed to that point. Basically none seem to activate after, what I believe, are the proper inputs. As an Example when I input Jin,Chi,Ten There is no indication that Huton is active. This is true for all Ninjutsu. Can someone steer me to a good guide to help me understand what I am doing wrong? Thanks

You still have to use the Ninjutsu ability after inputing your mudras to activate the ability associated with that mudra combo. The Ninjutsu icon changes to the ability icon associated with each mudra as you're inputting them. Sounds like you need to add Ninjutsu to your hotbar, and I'd recommend putting it right by your mudras so you don't have to move far to hit the button after hitting your mudras.
