Steps:
When the event was starting i was in corner at X 12.2, Y 14.3 by the time i reach the board everyone was picking up supplies and doing the event. But for some reason i could see all the assembly node, 1 workstation (closest to me when i compared to my friends video) and no Supply Pile. Was not able to participate as there was no pile.

Try hiding names, use "X" on keyboard, i wasnt able to see them either until i hid names, there is just TOO many people
