5.x General PvP and Feast Feedback Thread

Hi everyone,

With the constant updates for pvp provided by SE we are making a centralised thread for feedback regarding the Feast. Currently there is a lack of feedback from the western community on the Official Forums and we'd like to have our voices heard, this is a community effort across multiple discords in NA/EU to provide PVP feedback on Official Forums.

We hope the following feedback can be brought to the attention of the dev team and encourages the player base to become more active on the forums.

A small request:

- Don't feed any trolls.
- Please like any suggestions you agree with.

Community Discords -
PvPaissa - Central hub for Feast and Frontlines
Revival Wings - PvP discord with emphasis on scheduling, teaching and grouping up for Rival Wings.
The Braveheart - PvP discord for the Primal PvP community.
Banette JcJ - French-focused PvP discord and hotspot for Custom Matches in EU.

The first few posts will be the some of the most agreed on feedback from our Discord incentive.

Bring back The Feast (8v8).

Set actual requirements for PvP mentor in-game like at least getting into top 100 or an X amount of matches in one of the ranked seasons instead of unlocking mentor equalling to unlocking PvP mentor.
Just put up some requirements for it instead of giving it way for free.

PvP skills should be flat dmg not a random potency number that can vary up to 10%. RNG is not very good for competitive modes.

PvP should have more, and more-frequent, events. Like moogle events, but specifically for pvp

Bring back the old feast maps in map rotation, adjusted or kept the same, feast needs more map variance to keep it fresh and more fun, after so many seasons of one map it gets boring quickly.

It would be nice for those who just started Feast to have something like an introduction session before being thrown into whatever match, to have a better understanding of their surroundings (adrenaline boxes/wolf heart) and the chat commands that they can use for communication?

Please consider giving players a reason to keep farming for Wolf Marks - like offering master craft materials or materia as a purchase option.

Add more rewards to wolf collars.

Add more helpful quick chat commands like, "Ready to Burst", "Regroup", ETC and also add small descriptions to those commands to tell players the purpose of these quick chat commands since most new players don't know how to use the countdown command correctly.
