Forgiven Rebellion Immediately Despawns

Class/Level: Lv80 AST
Party or solo: Party
Area and coordinates: Il Mheg
Steps:
1. S Rank Aglaope was killed
2. The minions of an extraordinarily powerful mark are on the hunt for prey...
and then immediately
3. The minions of an extraordinarily powerful mark have withdrawn...

this has occurred several times since patch 5.1 has dropped and I'm confused why this keeps on occuring and no body I know seems to have an explanation either. what's above is the last time its happened and its happened before.

If the player/s at a ss spawning mob die/s then they reset and flee and you have failed to spawn SS. Maybe somebody trolling on your server idk? Tell players to only pull mobs with more than one player to prevent it.

even if someone pulled it usually they die to the petrifaction. the rebellion minions have been failing almost immediately on spawning. And its happened pretty consistently this week. Thought one rebellion did spawn today earlier gilgamesh but its the first one I've seen not instantly fail since 5.1 started

It's someone deliberately trolling, waiting at a known minion point while everyone else kills the S rank, then if the minions pop swooping by on a flying mount to aggro it momentarily. It's been an issue on one or two worlds.
