5.1 frame rate

Ever since 5.1, I've seen a significant drop in FPS for no apparent reason. For example, the large Aetheryte crystals now cause me to go from a solid 60FPS to around 30-40, no matter what graphical setting I have on. There could be 1 person in the zone or 100 in the zone and it won't matter. Gridania for example.

Another example is in main scenario, Praetorium. The first boss fight I drop to 40FPS for no reason.

In addition, on elevators, characters stutter up and down.

I'm running a GTX 1080ti. I've tried updating drivers and there's no affect. I've also tried a 1070 and the same thing happens.

Everything was super smooth in 5.0 and previous, but now in 5.1, the game is stuttery.

Do you experience problems with the frame rate when the resolution of the game is changed? Also, check whether the game is running in fullscreen mode, windowed or borderless fullscreen. Fullscreen is generally more efficient when using GPU resources.
