Steady lag on duties

I have Comcast, 500gb down internet speed: Arris Surfboard SB8200 modem and a Netgear Nighthawk x6 router. I've been getting consistent lag in duties, especially bad in 24 duties. Sometimes it is unplayable and it'll say I've got 18k receiving.

I am not sure there is a solution other than to post here, I've complained to Comcast and they said to bring it up with SE.

I just want to play my game. This wasn't an issue until Stormblood and since then it feels like its been consistently getting worse and worse. : (

Lag been very bad lately like in Nier raid my character won't be able to move for 5 to 10 seconds at a time some can't dodge those fast attacks. Now seeing lag when use a mount they lag and not show up for 10 seconds later and just be floating in the air.

Lag or latency will usually result from issue with a wireless connection, configurations on your router or congestion along your way to the server. If you are on using a wireless connection, try connecting with an Ethernet cable. Additionally, try resetting your router by turning it off for a few minutes, then back on.

If you are still having issues after that, I'd suggest contacting your ISP and making a report with them.
