It would be a bug, as it's happened before: the orchestrion rolls for the three old 1.0 zone themes Twilight Over Thanalan, Whisper of the Land and On Windy Meadows were also mistitled when they were added to the game, and were eventually fixed in a later patch. So it may pay to post a bug report in the relevant section so that SE can be informed (if they haven't already).

Bipolar Nightmare is the proper name of the boss track, Sound of the End is indeed an entirely different track and one I expect we'll get to hear with 5.5. -
