Missing tooltip for BRD from all regions?

Hello, when the change from "critical hits" to a flat rate happened, it seems like all the songs got an invisible buff to the rate that isn't mentioned anywhere.

For example at lower levels, it's 20% proc rate for Repertoire and then when the dots are upgraded, I think it changes to 40% but nothing in game or traitwise mentions this change to each proc for songs.

And this is not the straight shot proc but the general Repertoire proc.

While there is nothing specifically calling to attention that the rate has changed, the tooltip for the songs is updated to reflect the new rate when you get the upgraded dots.

Yeah, but how would people know it was supposed to upgrade when there's no word about it?

Another example of this would be the specifics of Astral Fire and Umbral Ice for THM/BLM. We don't know their explicit damage values, as we do with Greased Lightning (which is specified in the Coeurl Form-requisite actions). Personally, I think they should have Greased Lightning as a "does nothing" trait at level 6, when you get Snap Punch, that basically explains it. And for THM/BLM, a "Fire and Ice" trait that explains how Astral Fire/Umbral Ice work, with "Fire and Ice II" and so on. (EDIT - I was wrong about the halved cast time part; it's in the tooltips for Magick and Mend now.)
