Perception/gathering breakpoints ought to be visible.

Unlike DoH, DoL stats are a bit weird in that unless you get a certain amount of them, they won't actually do anything to improve your gathering skills/odds.

I think it's high time they just straight up show how much gathering/perception is needed to increase the effect of skills like Bountful Harvest and Pick Clean on specific items so people actually have a number to aim for instead of basically shooting blind.

Making this the new effect of the Preparation skill would give it an actual use.
