So lemme get this straight....

They'll add new combat voices to all the races even if they aren't the same voice actors as the originals, but they won't update the faces/models of the older races because they're worried it'll upset the people who are attached to how they look???

Honestly needs more attention. Those voices are awful and I want them to remove it again or just make it a separate voice.

Yes I would be quite upset if they change how Ifalna looks.
I am lucky, the new sounds don't sound out of place for my voice but I feel everyone who drew the short end of the "character is now a split personality" stick.

Stuff like that should only be done as an option and never be forced.

Do Vierra still have that agonising scream when they attack?

I laugh every time I hear it.
