I was just in a Factory 24 man raid. Healers dced on last boss and loot rolls completely skipped one of them. Since when is this a thing? I remember on many occasions being made to wait for the player to return to roll in previous raids. Is this a new thing or a bug? Highly unfair to be punished for connection issues outside of their control. They weren't even gone long. Maybe last 5-10% of the boss then returned as rolls were happening.
it's not new, it depends on when someone DCs.
pretty sure the game determines who can roll based on who is online when the chest is opened. if they DC after the chest has opened people will have to wait for them to come back or the timer expires.
If a player disconnects before the treasure coffer is opened, the game treats them as not present and removes the mandate for them to lot on loot before it’s distributed. If they’re online and disconnect after the treasure coffers have been opened, their option to lot on the goods will remain until either the timer runs out or they return to roll on the items.
