New ground targetting AoE/way markers with controller

I hate this change. For some reason, on PC with an Xbox One controller, the targeting AoEs like Salted Earth or way markers can't be controlled with the camera any more. It forces me to hold R1 to move it, and then it moves at like 800 MPH and is impossible to control. This makes double weaving Salted Earth impossible, since setting a default position is useless when you consider also having to place down way markers sometimes. I can't feasibly set way markers accurately this way because it moves so fast. I'm guessing the speed is tied to sensitivity, which I won't lower because it helps me so much with awareness.

Please revert this change or give us an option to make it like before. Yes I'm aware you can set a macro for Salted Earth, but that won't fix the way marker problem.
