Visual Bug: All "bandage" type head-gear on lalafells (copied factory)

I reported this visual bug back in ~4.4 with the "head bandage" from the side quests there, but it seems to be proliferating once more with the release of these YoRHa raids.

Here are some examples in dressing room.
Pretty much ALL head pieces which resemble the iconic "2b blindfold bandage" show this very obnoxious bug.
