Steps:
1. Accepted "Proof is in the Pudding" quest from Curious Gorge in Eastern La Noscea.
2. Traveled to the coordinates listed above on the Mikoshi mount.
3. Entered the purple circle and chat lot was instantly filled with "Unable to execute command while mounted." error. Screenshot available.

4. Dismounted and the objective monster spawned as normal.
