Unable to connect to Data Center

When I start up since patch 5.1 I get "connecting to Data center" and it simply stays that way endlessly, requires me to force close it to even leave. Tried restarting computer and game, switching to directx 9, switching data servers, and checking firewalls but nothing seems to be helping. Up until the last patch I had no issues at all.

- PC through Steam
- No Error codes
- Wired Connection
- Other programs running Discord and Steam only
- Began the day patch 5.1 started
- Restarted game, steam, computer. Added firewall exceptions for Launcher and game, tried resetting to default settings, tried switching to a different data server.


Aaaaand now it magically works again?
