Known Issue after Patch 5.1 (Oct. 29) (Updated Oct. 30)
We have confirmed the following issues.

-While in the Hall of Novice's training exercise “Avoid Area of Effect Attacks”, Holmgang initiated by the enemy would not expire, resulting in the objective to fail.
-In the Alliance Raid Dungeon “The Copied Factory”, when the alliance is defeated during the last boss, the system may not recognize that the alliance is actually defeated, resulting to halt further progression. (Updated: Oct. 29, 2019 7:05 a.m. PDT)
*When this issue occurs, the system acknowledges players to still be engaged in combat, which may not allow players to leave or abandon the content. As such, we are prioritizing this issue for investigation.

Known Issue after Patch 5.1 (Oct. 29): Follow-up
We would like to provide updates regarding the Alliance Raid Dungeon “The Copied Factory” where the progression would halt once the alliance is defeated during the last boss.
We are carefully investigating the situation but finding the issue to be extremely difficult to pinpoint and require additional time.
For temporary measure, if players are experiencing this issue, there are 2 possible options in leaving the content. The first option is to stay in the content until the time expires and the second option is to have your character inactive for 10 minutes (this will result in a 30 minute penalty).
If players do not wish for the 30 minute penalty, we apologize for the inconvenience but please consider to force shut-down the game client.
Additionally, we would greatly appreciate your cooperation in providing feedback and details regarding this issue which can be sent to our official Bug Report Forums or Support Desk to help with our investigations.
Once again, we will continue to investigate this issue to be top priority.
