connection problme

I've been playing for over a year now, but recently the game has been lagging badly for me,even tho I still have the same laptop and all,its so laggy that I have to use VPN to make the game not dcing me,but still quite often on pvp.i mean yes I'm on Asia but I play on EU dc,but its fine awhile back..not this bad.., I tried to buy other VPN and stuff but I can't play normally without using VPN,like it was before, and I just got kicked from party cuz I kept dcing and reset the lb,my connection was sending around 0-33 and receiving over 12-30k, I wanna keep playing this game because I love it,is there anyway you guys can give me suggestion regarding my game, but most of dung or 8 man the game would run fine and all alliance raid before shb all are fine, but just this one..hope u guys can help me

Unfortunately, if you are able to play the game with a VPN, but have issues without one, then you are most likely experiencing a routing or congestion issue along your way to the server. Being that far from the Data Center probably adds to the problem.

In this case, I'd suggest contacting your ISP and making a report with them.

but I've been play since 2017 and from the time i start playing I don't use vpn and the game works perfectly,and I haven't changed dc Aswell,but since shb out i need vpn to connect them
